Questions about School Information System
Is it a fit for our school?
It's built for Vietnamese vocational schools: faculty → major → subject, theory/practice hours, workshop rooms, practice books. SIBA studies the school's processes before rollout to fit it to them.
How does our existing Excel data move over?
Students, classes, teachers, grades and lessons import from Excel files; imports run in the background with a history. The AI assistant can read a file and help with the import.
Does it produce certificates?
It exports transcripts, class handbooks, homeroom handbooks, student management books, timetables and lesson plans as DOCX/PDF. A certificate template can be added at the school's request.
Where is the data stored?
SIBA runs the system on cloud infrastructure with replicas and role-based access. The school owns its data; deployment on the school's own servers can be discussed during advisory.
Is it hard for teachers to learn?
The interface is bilingual and intuitive; school staff got started in about a day.
